User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you are physically capable of performing lactate tests safely
- Entering accurate data into the app
- Backing up your own data if desired
- Using the app in accordance with these terms

All content, features, and functionality of Lact8, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
